I understand Abortion is a compliated issue, but after viewing this video I believe I understand where we as a society should be on this issue.

Unveiling Dark Secrets for the Sake of Love

A couple of days ago I was in my room praying, and God gave me a vision in my head. I saw a pile of aborted babies and a thick, dark cloak covered them. Then I saw Jesus rip the cloak off and He said to me, “I’m going to expose this for what it really is.” The next day I went to the grocery store and was standing in the checkout line. In front of me was a cute, little baby. Behind me was a nice lady wearing a “Vote for Obama” sign pinned to her shirt. She kept talking about the baby–how cute he was with his little lips and nose. I agreed with her. She kept going on about him. I decided to speak up. I lovingly explained to her about how that baby was the biggest reason I can’t vote for Obama. There could be other things that I do agree with him on, but the fact that his voting record shows no value for the unborn, even up to full-term/partially born babies, hurts so deeply. While I care about all issues, LIFE is more crucial than other issues like the economy. I asked the woman if she’d ever watched videos or seen pictures of aborted babies. She said that she hadn’t and never would agree to. So many don’t want to look. The kind woman went on to tell me that she didn’t agree with abortion and that her friend used abortion as birth control and has had 8 abortions.

I, too, have met lovely people who have had abortions. Many weren’t properly informed about the decision they were making. Clinics don’t tell pregnant women the facts. Years ago, I was at a BodyWorlds exhibit in Los Angeles. I got to observe real pre-born babies, dead, from speck size in test tubes to 9 mo. old and beyond. I’ll never forget seeing a woman in front of the 3 mo. old baby on exhibit. She had stopped, unwilling to move forward in the line. I figured she had had an abortion. I asked her if she was OK, and she began to sob deeply as she said, “I didn’t know. I didn’t know my baby looked like this.” I comforted and held her. She told me that for the last 10 years she suffered with emotional scars from her abortion and even became a Kindergarten teacher to help atone for it. Seeing this exhibit only made it that much harder on her.

Babies are killed and women are scarred, and the blood shed and pain caused is paid with our tax dollars . . .  and we’re told that this “choice” actually helps women and helps society. I have great compassion and love for women today. Times are tough, but as seen in the movies “Juno” and “Bella”, there are wonderful alternatives.

I invite you to watch the short video below. I encourage you to watch as much of it as you can handle so you can understand how crucial this battle against abortion is.I must warn you that it is very disturbing and graphic so if you need to you can skip forward in the video to hear Eduardo’s closing comment. For those of us who can handle it, we MUST stop turning a blind eye to the reality of this outright crime against humanity. Uncomfortable as it was, it was only through seeing pictures and videos of the the Jewish Holocaust that people finally woke up to the truth of what was taking place. Abortion is another holocaust and our eyes must be opened. In fact, the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, was a communist with ties to the Nazis. It was her goal to exterminate Jews and Blacks, who she called “human weeds.” I read some of her books in college and the truth shocked me. Today’s abortion industry is rooted in Sanger’s doctrine. They so devalue unwanted human life that they can warrant killing it without conscience.

God wants us to have His heart for the unborn to be released into their destinies here on Earth. He loves these babies and has great plans for them here on Earth. Many years ago I was blessed to have met Gianna Jessen, an abortion survivor who was left to die after a saline abortion. (Click here to read more about her). One of the nurses had compassion on her and called the ambulance and then raised her. Despite having cerebral palsy resulting from the abortion, hers is a beautiful life that glorifies God. The world is a better place because she lived through the torture of abortion.

Please know that there is forgiveness, love, and mercy through Jesus. God doesn’t just love the unborn. He loves all of us who have been born and nothing, not even the mistake of abortion, can separate us from His love. He does, however, expect us to stop justifying a culture of death. Let’s embrace life in all it’s beauty!

This event is one of the biggest fund raisers for the SCV Pregnancy center that supports women in crisis with unplanned pregnancy’s.  Visit thier website for more information (www.scvpc.org Make sure it’s dot org otherwise you’ll get a computer repair company.)

The National Anthem and worship song to start off the even were performed by members of the worship band at Frontline Community Church Then they did a balloon release which if memory serves me correctly is something that signifies releasing the unborn lives that are lost to abortion into God’s hands. (I hope to get clarification on this from the SCVPC and I’ll update this post when I do.) Then it was on to the ribbon cutting and the walk.

Walkers walked from behind the church to Bouquet Canyon Rd and then East up to Centurion Way, crossed the street and came back West on Bouquet until they reached Seco Canyon Rd. At that point they crossed again and returned down Bouquet back to the front of the church where they were greated by supporters with Water, and mostly healthy snacks. (I say mostly because there were chocolate chip cookies there. Yumo!)
After the event I got to pack everything up and put it away until next year. (or the next outside event)
